At Gridless Haven, we strive to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that any orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Information

You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Most orders are delivered through third-party freight carriers using 18-wheel trucks. If your order includes freight shipping, we will reach out to coordinate a curbside delivery. Please make sure your contact number is accurate during checkout to avoid any delays.

Order Confirmation and Payment

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and that your credit card has been authorized. Your card will only be charged once your item ships. In cases of backordered items, a charge may be held to reserve the product for you. We begin processing your order as soon as it is received!

For orders requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange curbside delivery. Be sure your phone number is accurate during checkout to ensure seamless communication.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been placed, and your credit card has been authorized. We will only charge your card once your item ships, unless the item is backordered, in which case we may hold the charge to secure the product.
