What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging. If there is any visible damage, including to the box, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you're unable to inspect the package upon delivery but suspect potential damage, write "suspect damage" on the receipt.
